The Shed Bootcamp is carried out in a group environment and whatever your fitness level you will be welcomed, challenged and motivated to achieve your fitness goals. If you are looking for star jumps and burpees, this isn’t the session for you. The Shed Bootcamp is based on effective strength training movements. We base the sessions around slam balls, kettlebells, free weights and the all-important ski erg. Love it or hate it the ski erg will finish that workout nicely.

All sessions are at The Shed – Grange Meadow, Bletchingley, RH1 4PL. Please park at the scooter ramps and head over the green to The Shed.
